Account Specialist, Member Sevices

Department: Marketing & Consumer Experience

Qualifications Required:
  • MBA, MBM, Masters in Tourism or Hotel Management. Knowledge and comfort of Time-Shared, Shared Ownership, Luxury Real-Estate Industry, Vacation and Concepts have to be thorough
Job Description:
  • Should be able to onboard New Affiliate Hotels & Resort for TWC. This will entail presentations to Developers, Hotel & Resort Owners, Operators & Management Companies with detailed explanation on TWC's value proposition
Qualities Required:
  • At least 5-6 years experience in Hotel & Resort Front Office Operations / Marketing / Revenue Management. Having exposure in any Projects of an upcoming Hotel or Resort would be a great advantage
  • Working in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make presentations to Hotel & Resort Owners
  • Knowledge of Capacity Utilization of Hotel & Resort is a must to present the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) & Net Present Value (NPV) enabling onboarding of Affiliate Properties
  • Ability to communicate in English, Hindi and any one of the vernacular languages. Knowledge of International Langauge would be an added advantage
  • Should be willing to undertake travel in short notices throughout the country and world

Research work on the target group is a must
Qualities Required:
  • At least 6-7 years experience in Hotel & Resort Front Office Operations / Marketing / Revenue Management. Exposure in Selling time-share or vacations would be an added advantage
